Since November 2018, I have participated in this project, which mainly produces GAC new energy pure electric vehicle A12.The chassis line is driven by friction wheel motor, the air section is operated by FIFO mode, and the process section is operated by fast drive catch-up mode of non-stop line. In the process section, the installation lamp control system with horizontal pull to slow stop and vertical pull to stop is used to dock with the large screen of installation lamp to realize operation visualization. In the lift station, the working station is equipped with RFID to read the body data, to realize the whole factory information data visualization, convenient scheduling and information display.SEW servo control can ensure the precision of assembly. Radar detection can ensure the safety of the operators in the combined operation station. Each station is also equipped with release and work/No work buttons to facilitate work at the station. Through ET200SP distributed module, the communication between PLC and module converter is realized by Ethernet, and the safety module can control the safe output and input well. In the project, our technical team overcame a series of problems such as short system debugging cycle, complex control logic and project standard block. With the hard work of Muwei team sent by Wuhan Branch and Shenyang Branch, we completed the configuration of the safety KP32 panel and the debugging of the tensioning motor of the plastic plate chain. Successful use of IPOS control integrated line integrated platform, Eaton module to control the control cabinet and so on complex problems, Party A plans to complete the project within the time node.The smooth implementation of this project has also enabled us to accumulate rich project experience in the industry field, and we believe that we can provide better technical solutions and system engineering in the future projects.
